RETURNS

We are committed to providing you with high quality products you will be happy with. We do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes or if you have placed an incorrect order. If a product has exceeded its best before date when received or is somehow faulty, At HKS will replace the product at no additional cost.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase. You must email us for confirmation and return delivery details prior to returning any products. All products must be returned in their original condition.

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. At HKS will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Delivery Policy

After ordering online from www.hikuleokavasupplies.com.au, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).

We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Aramex or Australia Post with goods received typically within 3 - 5 working days unless the Express Delivery Option has been chosen, then goods will be typically received between 1-2 business working days.

If goods are unavailable at time of purchase, delivery will take a little longer.

International Shipping - New Zealand Orders 

  1. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. At HKS cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
  2. Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.
  3. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
  4. Orders cannot be shipped via an expedited shipping method, such as Next Day or 2 Day.
  5. Orders are generally received within 7-10 business days from the ship date.
